El color
de la palabra

2002, Casas de Lo Matta

“And that’s when I take my oils and start painting. And I don’t intend to paint like a blind person, but to be wounded enough to understand and translate the words into colorful work of art.”

With the challenge of "imagining the colors in the words of a man who does not know them," the set of works in this installation was born from the collaboration between the artist and the blind poet Jorge González, where the painter interpreted 33 of his poems.
